This weekend they are at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and Joey Logano will be driving the number 20 Home Depot Toyota in the Sprint Cup series. Joey will not be racing in the Nationwide Series this weekend, here are the results from today’s sessions at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Joey Logano Comments After Qualifying Run

Krista Voda: Down here with Joey Logano, and when he brought his car in, I heard you say, I like this, are you talking about the race car?

Joey Logano: No I am just talking about the season in general, its been alot better than last year with the Home Depot Toyota, I tell ya, they did a good job with this thing. We were struggling a little bit after last season.. after last race where we qualified, I didn’t feel like we did a good job at California at keeping up with the race track when it came to qualifying time so, this week we did a whole lot better job, I don’t think I got another tenth in me to get the pole, I am happy with that you know, its cool to see us improving. I gotta thank the Home Depot and the associates for staying behind us, the guys back at the shop working hard. We struggled alot last year, and its motivating to me to be able to come back, and keep getting better runs, better qualifying times, and hopefully we can do this for the rest of the season.
