Wendy Venturini: Joey how is your race car, and how excited are you to do some night racing here at Atlanta?
Joey Logano: Pretty excited about it you know, it’s kind of a second home track for me, I lived here for about six years and ran the legends cars around the quarter mile here so, pretty excited to get the Home Depot Toyota out there you know, we didn’t qualify where we wanted to, but I feel like we got a better race car, in practice we did so, hopefully get some cars passed, pick some off at the beginning and then get an early caution start working on it, and try to keep up with the track all night.

Joey, I think you done a great job last night. Although I would have liked to see you win you are a great driver! Your positive attitude and the “matter of fact” stance is great. For example; when R. Gordon pulled his underhanded stunt you merely smiled and said “you can’t fix stupid.” Great response!! Don’t let the veteran drivers walk over you. Keep smiling and get aggressive on the track; push them out of your way! Well, maybe not push them out of the way but let them know you won’t be intimidated…
