Comments from Joey Logano about the Budweiser Shootout Practice
Wendy Venturini Interviewed Joey in the first Practice Session.
Wendy Venturini: Talking about shaking down the car, Joey Logano was doing more than that just his race car shaking it down, man, you got out there, I was thinking what is going threw your mind right now, because it wasn’t just lolly gagging, you went out and got right into that draft.
Joey Logano: Yeah for sure, the plan was to kinda of get out there and kinda of go to the back, kinda feel it out and everything. And then I just started going with it to the front, and alright let’s just hang out here for now. It was fun I tell ya, the whole home depot team prepared a great race car for me and I tell ya, I don’t have nothing to compare to, so I don’t really know, Hey is its this or that, if it’s loose or tight, as far as sucking up and all that, I don’t have nothing to compare it to right now, so hopefully I’ll get some more experience and more laps and I’ll figure it out a little bit more.
