The race was originally scheduled to be run Sunday but rain prevented that from happening. They were able to run the full length of the race today, and Joey Logano had his best finishing position of the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup season. Joey finished in the second position, making it a 1-2 finish for Joe Gibbs racing, as his teammate Denny Hamlin went on to the win the Goody’s Fast Pain Relief 500 race.

Joey Logano: That was awesome, you know that was really cool, and the big deal for me and the Home Depot Toyota was starting on the bottom, you know the top wasn’t good all day, on restarts we went backwards and then was able to be pretty good on the long run. So, you know just kind of beating and banging everyone out there, it was a ton of fun and you know after the last couple of weeks to get a top 5 back up here, its so much fun running up here so I gotta all the guys, all the guys back at the shop, you know this is alot more fun than it was last year, I promise you that.
