It is the question that is buzzing around the nascar hauler’s, and amongst the nascar fans. The big question is, will Joey Logano go to nascar sprint cup? And if he does what car will Joey Logano drive in the nascar sprint cup series?

Early in the 2009 season, much speculation was that Joe Gibbs racing, might be bringing in a fourth car for the 2009 season, and the driver would be Joey Logano. However, with the recent announcements of Tony Stewart leaving the number 20 home depot, by the end of the season. That has left many in the garage to wonder, will Joey Logano replace tony Stewart in the #20 car?

As of today, the question isn’t really will Joey Logano go to Sprint Cup, but rather when will Joey Logano go to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

Joe Gibbs, and JD Gibbs, early in the season have already said, that they want to put Logano in a few races for Sprint Cup, to get him some seat time. And Joey Logano also has the support of his current Joe Gibbs Racing teammates.

You will be surprised to know, that Joey Logano has already driven a Sprint Cup car. He has just not yet made an official race debut in the sprint cup series. Joey is the Gibb’s primary test driver, and has logged alot of laps in the COT car of the Sprint Cup series.

Ultimately though, it will be up to team owners Joe and J.D. Gibbs to decide Joey Logano’s fate. And when they do make the announcement regarding Joey Logano’s future, I will be glad to announce it on this fan website!
