Pre-Qualifying Interview

Wendy Venturini: Joey Logano in the race car, uh… getting ready for his qualifying lap… Practice yesterday… Were you able to get the car more comfortable all around on the different lines you were trying out?

Joey Logano: Yeah. I think we were. I think, you know.. we worked pretty hard first practice just trying to get the thing secure into the corners and then, second practice… you know… we worked on, trying to get the thing turning after that. So, overall, I thought the, GameStop Toyota’s pretty good. I was pretty excited about it. You know… we might not have been the fastest car out there but we’ve got a balance pretty close… So, I’m excited… I got a cool paint scheme out here. I have, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. So, got a new paint scheme and, so hopefully we can bring home one more “W” before the end of the season…

Wendy Venturini: Good luck to Joey Logano and that paint scheme guys… I know some of you with children would be, uh… a good stat here… this game came out… 550 million dollars in 5 days is what they sold. That’s the biggest entertainment launch ever, beating out Harry Potter and Harry Potter was like in the 200 million dollar range can you believe that? The gaming industry…
