We have only had one winner so far in the guessing contest, which was Derekmcc, but I am wondering your thoughts...

1) Are you getting tired of the contests?

2) Any suggestions on how to improve?

I guess what made me think about it getting "stale", was because no one has been winning lately, so I wondered as a result, if people were losing interest.

I just think with Joey not doing as well as every one thought he would .
You are only getting his True fans sticking around?
This is a new site . With may be a couple of dozen members checking in every week .
But it is growing all the time!
Just my thoughts on why you don't have as many members Participating in the contest?

Well I changed the rules a little bit in the new post, and I tried to clean the post up to reduce the text.

I did tweak one procedure.... I made it now... where if more than one person guesses it correctly, they all receive the prize.

I also tried to make more emphasis on people reading the rules, since there have been alot of people who have not read the rules... since they just seem to post a guess, and then not introduce themselves, hehe.

Well, if no one is winning....you could make it so that the winner is the person who guesses closest without going over.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I was just worried that everyone was getting bored of it, hehe. As long as I know that there is still enthusiasm for the contest, then its all good Smile

yeah i agree with archimedes. make the winner the person who comes closest without going over if no one wins exactly.
