You really worried about new contract? What does Jean think about this. Isn't Joey good enough that Gibbs would give him more chances? Most of the muck-ups have not even been his fault.......gws

Jean, of the big bucks that any driver earns for the team,,,,any idea how much Joey would actually get for his share of the take? Do you think they get a weekly salary and then maybe bonus money after a good season? Thanks,,,,,gws

Thanks,,,,,gws I wouldn't know the exact details or numbers, but I believe most of the contracts right now in NASCAR have a base salary to start with, and then drivers earn a percentage of the race purse. Also a percentage of merchandise sales, endorsements, etc. That's what I would say. |
