Why do you like Joey Logano?

I needed to find a driver to pull for since Ricky Craven stopped racing. Joey being from New England I thought would be a Great choice.

Derek, you have made some cool Joey Logano Die casts, How did you get into making die casts?

I started to make diecasts of cars that Ricky Craven that Action didn’t make.

What are your top five favorite die casts you have made for Joey Logano?

Those are some awesome die casts Derek! Every Joey Logano fan is in love with your die casts! If a fellow fan, wanted to get into making die casts, what advice would you give them?

I would suggest do some research first. I have been 10 years getting to the point that I am now. There are several good websites and forums out there where you can get a lot of help. I would start off by getting a cheap diecast off from ebay and buying the decal. Then the more you get into it, you can try producing your own decal. (This is were the time and expense come in!!) I will be happy to point anyone in the right direction if the want to try it.

With your experience of watching racing threw the years, how do you predict Joey will do in 2009 and years to come?

I think he will finish in the top 15 in points and win a race.

While he is in the number 20 Home Depot Toyota, What race track do you think Joey will mark his first win at?

I’m thinking ether New Hampshire or Martinsville.

Is there more info on yourself that you would like to share with us?

Just that I enjoy NASCAR, Hunting, Fishing and of course Building my diecasts. I’m married and have 2 girls and a Grandchild on the way. I work for a construction management company and we do 90% of our work for the Government.
