Every month we put a Joey Logano Fan in the spotlight from the forum. If you would like to become a fan of the month as well, all you have to do is be an active member of the forum. The February 2011 fan of the month is amburnett. He answers some questions for us.

Whats your name?

My full name is Aaron Michael Burnett, but I generally go by “Aaron” or “A.B.”

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was born in Alpharetta, Georgia on October 2nd, 1992, and currently reside in DeBary, Florida. I will graduate from DeLand Senior High School’s Engineering Academy with a 3.5 grade-point average in May of 2011. I was also one of 12 students in DeLand Senior High School’s Engineering Academy to successfully complete the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI)’s Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Certification Program. I enjoy engineering, but in all honesty, I want to begin a NASCAR racing career.

I first became interested in NASCAR racing when I was six years old. I was fascinated by the colorful cars and the sounds of the engines. Over time, I developed a passion for NASCAR racing. My one and only dream, to have a successful NASCAR racing career, motivates me to try and be the best at anything and everything I do. My desire for competition and speed cannot be fulfilled through my limited late model, kart, and/or simulation racing. I am seeking an opportunity, a chance to prove myself as a NASCAR racing driver with the ability to succeed both on and off the track.

What is your favorite food and drink?

Nothing beats a sirloin steak, seasoned fries, and an ice-cold Coca-Cola.

How did you get into NASCAR?

I got into NASCAR when I was six years old, after my father took me to see my first race, the 1999 Bud Shootout at Daytona.

How did you become a fan of Joey Logano?

I became a fan of Joey Logano in 2007, after he won five times in 13 starts in the NASCAR Camping World East Series.

What’s your favorite race track?

I love them all, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Have you met Joey Logano, and how did it go?

Unfortunately, I have not met Joey Logano yet. Hopefully I’ll get the chance to trade paint with him in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series one day!

Do you have any other favorite drivers besides Joey?

I like all of the Joe Gibbs Racing drivers (Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, and Joey Logano).
