NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
A total of two practice sessions were run today at the Glen for the Sprint Cup Series in preparation for tomorrow’s qualifying and the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen that will be run on Sunday.

NASCAR Nationwide Series
The only practice session for the Zippo 200 at the Glen was run today, and at the end of the practice session Logano had the 8th fastest lap of the day. Qualifying and the race will be tomorrow, with qualifying beginning at 9 am eastern time, with the race coverage beginning at 1:30 pm eastern time.
