Mike Joy: In the home depot rookie file Joey raced in Denny Hamlin’s short track show down at South Side Speedway Thursday Evening.

Joey Logano: This is awesome, for Denny to get all these guys out here, all the cup guys out here and to go race, and to raise money for the Denny Hamlin foundation that’s, that’s a really big deal, and its cool we get to this, come to his old home town you know short track and to get to race old late models he used to race against so that’s really neat for him, and yeah we are just all out here to have fun, and to raise money for a good cause.
