Aw, really? I was hoping that he would run full-time. He's really shown that he's a great Nationwide driver. He can compete points wise with drivers that run full-time when he doesn't.

I hope they prove me wrong by Joe Gibbs Racing reporting that Joey will run nationwide full time in 2010 Big Grin

No Joey is NOT running the full schedule next season and neither is Kyle. There both going to run 20 to 24 races and Brad Coleman and Matt Dibenedetto will run the rest.

I think they want Joey to focus on the Cup part and dable in the Nationwide. I believe this is the right decision because Joey is going to be a champ in the very near future.

That's actually a very good point. I didn't think of that. And it's good too, because I don't end up watching every Nationwide race like I watch the Sprint Cup races.

Yeah, I think the Sprint Cup drivers shouldn't be in NW at all (and that includes right now Joey and my main 'love' David Ragan).

Sorry, but I've felt that way ever since 2005.

My dad thinks the same thing-- well, about Sprint cup drivers driving in the NS. He thinks since that theyre already at the top, why go back down to the lower leagues. but i dont know, i enjoy watching joey race in NS. I don't really mind it. BUT I think that if a NSCS driver wins in Nationwide, they should forfeit half of the money (if not all) to one of the NNS teams. so the driver still gets the winn, but a team in need will get money.

I used to feel that way to and still do to a certain degree but with the no testing rule i think it should be extended to rookie cup drivers aswell.
